Initial setup:
1) DMC 83 wants a mixed base, fog, and FFA 4P. Now I seriously accuse DadMacSac of shuffling the entries of DMCs using
randomizer. I'm tempted to ask him for the complete spreadsheet.
2) Income equal at 10k, day 7, noticeable delay for P1, but P2-P3 are in close contest, will soon try to tweak it later

Updated setup:
1) slid one city for each center base so they become contested instead
2) dropped income per side to 9k day 7, better fta counter
