I think the center is too valuable here since the frontline is a bit short compared to overall map size and the important properties are kinda clustered around the middle. So I don't think this setup can go higher than B.

I made an adjustment to the center and put the comm towers back where they were with the first version. They become
contestable when the pipe seams are broken.
