Initial setup:
1) Central combat with lower income per base, enough to fight for, not enough to hold onto
2) Income equal (if accurate) at 14k day 9, not as slow as most but definitely not big enough to pump out tanks at all fronts
3) est. tank order w/o skips: 2B|A|B|A|B|AB|AABB|AB|AABB
