Initial setup:
1) Got this idea after watching how my sister plays the Sims4. A DMC where you're forced to pit a 2b1a vs 1b, I'm trying to set
it in a way that the airport can still aid the 1b side but requires an investment if it wants to move more freely.
2) Income is supposed to be equal at 16k day 10, assuming no early contested pop grabs and no silly throws
3) est. tank order w/o skips: 5AB|B|AB|AABB|AABB|AABB
