Wanted to make a small begginer friendly map, which is why I made it to be simpler and more visually appealing. It features
every tile, terrain, and property.

It is NOT meant to be used as a competitive map.

Feel free to play this with a friend to teach them the basics of the game, or to just have a casual game I guess.
