Initial setup:
1) My 3rd attempt for a working Heavy Naval, HF map. Hopefully this will make someone busy!
2) Income equal at 34k, day 10, should be enough to alter between infs and cruisers!
3) est. tank order w/o skips: 2AB|B|AB|AB|AABBB|AAABBB

perhaps the sea is too small to toy with, might be more likely if I frame the entire map with 2 tiles-wide sea tiles at the outer
side.
