Grabbing the back caps with the 2b seems optimal as the missing Inf doesn't hurt that much on that side. If I'm not mistaken, only P2 can use the 2b to grab the back caps without chaging tank order though.
Even if I'm wrong, if the 2b is used to get these caps, the 1b gets several less caps so there still is some STA anyway.
