Based on one of the worst-received official adventures in Dungeons & Dragons history, the Forest Oracle.

OS- Adventurers and unaligned NPCs
BM- Witch
GE- Druids
CI- Mountain Beasts
BN- Bandits
UW- Orcs & Goblinoids

I think this map has a unique playstyle, where there's a lot of strategy and sneaking around, but I think 3 comtowers vs a
faction with zero is a pretty massive gap. Maybe max it out at 2. Also, adding 2-3 cities in the deep forest areas would mean
those parts of the map would get more gameplay.
