Initial setup:
1) DMC 95 wants FoW meaningful back caps, thus this map features backward chains! For more spices to the frontline, I've
put on a seam which, if 1b wants to be extravagant in defense, something a piperunner can run on.
2) Income estimated to be equal at 14k day 8, with ~12k safe income assuming all the backline caps are taken.
3) est. tank order w/o skips: 4B|A|AB|AB|ABB|AABB|AABB

The 1b gets a safe 4-cap-chain here while the 2b just gets a safe 2-chain (that theoretically the 1b could also capture). It also looks like the 1b gets more caps overall, at least more safe ones. So I'd expect some FTA here.
The Com Tower being right next to the HQ is also slightly problematic since it means that the most important objectives are all in one small area.

not enough distractions? I'll see what I can do to remix the whole thing. As for 1b's 4 safe-chains, I'll break it into two separates
if you don't mind with it. the whole back sides can still be stirred around without much problem.

UPDATE:
1) swapped the forward comm tower location with the riverside city closer to the center, hoping to split attacker's attention in
two.
2) broke the safe 4-cap-chain for 1b to slow down safe captures.
