This map is intended for roleplay, not optimal play towards achieving victory. The goal is to survive a zombie apocalypse, or kill all humans if you're zombies. Game will last until zombie player forfeits due to having no units on the map, or all players agree to a draw, whichever comes sooner, at the end everybody that survives is technically the winner. Other rules: Only one team, fog of war on. Unique aspect of this map, is that each player begins with 40k funds, but there is no income from properties. Players MUST pick COs designated for their specific faction. Believe me, you'll have a really bad time if you pick Sensei as the army and find yourself incapable of producing indirects as Acid Rain pulls up to you with hundreds of times the infantry you can spawn from your properties: - Only Zombies (Acid rain) can pick Sensei -"Hero" factions (Orange Star, Red Fire and Brown Desert) should pick Javier. They are near-unkillable paragons, who go around the map but cannot capture anything. - Police (Blue Moon), Army (Green Earth) and Scientists (White Nova) can pick between sustainability as Collin, or greater power as Javier. I recommend Collin BM, Javier GE, and whichever as WN, but you have freedom as these three. - All other factions are "survivors", and should pick Collin. His COP is the only way to earn funds (I also experimented with Sasha, but sadly on no funds her passive income doesn't work, and her power would be problematic as it would unrealistically hold zombies back. So properties don't matter on this map). Units: All naval units should be banned, what players start with is all they have in that department. Air units also banned, except for bcopters and tcopters, which are lab units. Among land units, infantry, APC, recons, artillery can be produced without labs, whereas with labs you can produce tanks, rockets, antiair, missiles IMPORTANT: Zombie player is banned from producing any units, they can only get more of them with Sensei power (Can still use funds for repairs, of course. Once their funds run out and their newly spawned units are stuck at 9hp, that's rot kicking in and permanently weakening the zombie hordes). |

Lore (Or make up your own): = Zombies = AR - As the military forces scrambled to prepare for their arrival to the peninsula, they were surprised by a group of zombies crossing the hills to the north and expensive villas located there, bypassing the first defense line and getting into the city. In addition, while vaccine had already been discovered, it doesn't magically destroy those already turned- it's still yet to be distributed, and many infected managed to spread the disease within the city already. = "Heroes" = OS - Gordon. A military veteran who arrives at the beach from the safe zone on the isles, because he wants to kill some zombies with his rifle, crowbar, and a motorcycle. This makes him something of a vigilante, but the army may have other, bigger problems, and thus probably won't bother chasing him. Use his motorboat to repair and, should you lose his backpack (APC), resupply. RF - Lesbian tank. A group of lesbians managed to secure a tank, and are ready to rampage with it. Attack or make agreements with survivor groups troughout the city to secure repairs and resupply, your ultimate goal is reaching the army base in the south and all the equipment located there. BD - Beasts. Seizing an opportunity presented by the ongoing anarchy, a group of rich elites decided to recreate The Most Dangerous Game in this area. Will they kill hundreds for fun, or maybe seeing the suffering of those struggling to survive will cause them to discover compassion and newfound empathy, and they'll help them survive instead? = Government = Should be put into a single team, "G". They are forbidden from attacking other players, except Zombies, Triads, Refugees and Criminals, unless attacked first or see them attacking other survivors that they can't attack (For example, if Yellow Comet attacks a Grey Sky unit, and a Blue Moon recon saw it, all team G players can now attack Yellow Comet). BM - Police. Between dealing with zombies, distributing vaccine, dealing with vaccine deniers and now a prison break, they're stretched painfully thin troughout the city. Soon enough, they may switch to keeping their own skins safe, particularly their main base of operations, but their firepower may convince others to work together with them. GE - The army, following the failure of first defense line, had decided to cut their losses and reorganise to defend alongside the western bank of the river. This plan fails to take into account whether to abandon or keep occupied their main base to the southeast. They distrust refugees, whom they believe to be bringing in the infection. WN - Scientists. Protected by an army regiment, they're developing chemical weapons that may prove succesfull against the zombie threat. = Survivors = YC - Dock workers, through a labor union they rebelled against their various contractors, but for the greater good are forced to tolerate acquisition of most of their ships by the army. GS - Highlanders. People living high in the mountains, they seeked isolation even prior to the apocalypse. Some were even preppers and secured advanced, barely legal firearms. JS - Museum workers, seeking to preserve history even at this time of crisis. They may be able to repair an old WW2 era Tiger tank. PC - East bank survivors. The mall, with shutters offering a way to stop the zombie horde, presents a good chance for them to survive until the government forces cross the river again - or they'll be opened up and eaten like sardines. PL - Triads. Smuggling narcotics since before the apocalypse, they now find their business in the slums threatened. TG - Refugees. Those who managed to run away from the zombies and reach the city, but now the army turned them away when they tried to cross the bridge to the western side. AB - Indonesian minority. They have excellent food and a tightly knit community, but not much else going for them. NV - Criminals. A large number of them had just conducted an outbreak in the prison at the tip of the peninsula, although guards may be able to hold on to their tower for now. |

While the idea isn't bad it's badly executed, there should be a way to win, because i could be in an area to the left and just stay there, can't lose. Have HQs on land so that players don't just camp until there is a draw because no one can win, and yes I've read that it's for roleplay but still. |

So Acid Rain/Sensei has infinite infantry? The repairing won’t matter but because he starts out with so many cities to spawn infantry on it makes almost an endless loop. |

Correct, that's how I figured out Zombies can be represented in the game. Whoever plays as zombies has an obligation to be as "fair" as possible - no recruiting units in bases, no concentrating units on one target or holding back to gather more troops for an assault, just brainless zombie waves of infantry. And limited funds also help, as once newly summoned 9hp infantries can't be healed anymore, it'll serve perfectly well to represent zombies rotting and becoming weaker as consequence of that If it was a game with victory conditions rather than a roleplay map, it would be a horrible design with so many properties for Acid Rain. I may still reduce that number after the test game, depending on how it goes Response to Deathraven13: you can lose, if either other "survivors" players fail to protect you, or choose to eliminate you. But as long as you survive until the end, you can consider yourself the victor- however, you may set some additional goals for yourself, for example as Green Earth you may want to actually push zombies back rather than camp forever on ocean bases while the last foothold of humanity on the continent is overrun, plus you may not want to leave behind your allies who don't have the same luxury |

Makes more sense now, I guess we'll see how the testing goes. Thanks for the clarification. |
