For fog and Luu/Altaria. Meant for Black Bomb to be unbanned, although playing with Black Bomb banned is perfectly fine.
NOTE: Your airport on carrier side should only produce Black Bomb/Fighter, unless you are Eagle with Lightning Strike. Your
airport on cruiser side should only produce Battle Copters and Transport Copters, again unless you are Eagle. Your Black
Bomb will be very close to crash upon actually exiting the pipe maze, which requires you to build APC and send it next to the
marked silo spot near your neutral base for most CO.
