So I actually think this is could be pretty good and definitely is interesting, but unfortunately there is some RNG involved with the Cruiser spies - with a tank you have a 50% chance of OHKOing them which could create unbalanced outcomes through no fault of the players.

So I think the Cruiser HP values should be changed - maybe so that you can only reasonably kill them with Arties and Copters (so at least 3-4HP)?

EDIT: Upped to A after Cruiser HP was increased
