Update: Bomber HP reduced to 1 to prevent early game bomber aggression, more money needed invested into repairing
HQs have been moved further back to allow defending units to reach it, added an airport to the Hanger so now there is an
insensitive to going towards the island besides just capping the labs and 4 properties
