Good changes I think, but still looks very mid focused. Then again, Gehenna Recycled is very mid focused, and it got S-rank, so it's not a bad thing by default.

Seems good. As always I'm a bit unsure about TA issues with the cities on/near the symmetry line but we'll have to see if that is a problem.
