I liked the concept so here it is an extended version.

So that now there are 16 players and you can always conceal information on which HQ you are going on. In the original one
you had to sometimes cross other HQs in order to capture other HQs and that could give away some information. While yes
it's minimal and it's a very silly map I think it's still fair to be able to avoid it.

Don't play in random weather or some movements may be affected obviously.

Purely skill based gameplay.

Idk the map you're talking about, and I couldn't find a map with that name by Tooner, although there was a similar-ish one in
concept. But as I said in my comment I took it from another map (which could have copied another map but I have no idea if
that's the case lol) and improved on it
