From what I can tell, only the 09,12 city is readily contested. Maybe 07,10, too, but that is kind of a stretch already.The other properties seem quite safe initially as contesting them forces you to overextend. So the map might play a bit same-y.

2nd review: If the players focus on capping properties early on instead of fighting, there still aren't a lot of contested properties besides maybe the Com Towers and 09,11 - although I'd expect the 1b1a to get both of these in the long run. Both of these can also be defended/threatened by just one vehicle positioned halfway between them. So the map is still a bit stally.

So I'd say it's still a B-rank.
