A BShip buy on 03,14 locks the 01,10 base immediately so it's probably a given that this base falls sooner or later. If that happens, the map becomes a bit stale due to limited frontshifting opportunities and very safe HQs.

True, though that is easily fixed by removing the port.

I would still say this is B-rank because frontshifting opportunities are quite limited for most units except Copters (which you can use to bait out AA buys and then shift them elsewhere which is maybe a bit too strong with this layout). The overall map structure is also a bit problematic because if the 2bs both happen to fall, this is just a draw as there is basically no frontline anymore.
