Jian did you realize that orange star has two property's right next to their base. You might want tofix that. I will give your map a 7 otherwise you have earned another 5. |

umm the idea was for blue to have the two cities left of their starting place and then move in 1 move over the mountian to get the base in the middle to counter fta. Didn't work out too well as could do Tchopper + infantries on first turn. I think I'll move the northern city abit further down and make the ports and outside cities neutral so that they won't have enough for tchopper. |

Alright, too many bases for a really chokepointy map to start. Then there is the fact that OS will pretty much get the southern center base due to going first. They also have an advantage with the two center neutral bases also since they have more room to manuver after capturing, and can lockdown the other with an artillery from 3 squares, while BMs from only 1 square (not counting the base itself). Next, OS's can build a rocket and cover not only the southern neutral base if they somehow lost it, but a base next to BMs HQ. And finally, OS's secondary island is in a much better position than BMs, due to being more in the center and still a 2 day Tcopter ride over. Bm has the advantage of a 1 day instead of 2 Lander/B-boat ride, but Tcopters will be much cheaper and used before either of those. Also OS can block their island from a lander invasion with a single unit, making only 1 single infantry/mech able to land, or completely blocking with 2 units, while BM would need many more to do the same... |
