Edited version of the map 'The end of the Universe' (maps_id=121591).

Changelog:
- Less forests for fog matches.
- 1 extra Base per player.
- Replaced Comm Towers with Ports.
- Added Pipes between the centered enemy players.
- Added a few more neutral cities per player.
- Changed the country order for all non-centered players so that they have their teammate beside them.

This version is made for 8 teams of 2 players: ABCDEFGHHGFEDCBA
