Using this map I have succesfully found the cause of both the healing glitch, and the
dissappearing SCOP glitch, proving my theory that the healing glitch is what causes the
dissappearing SCOP glitch.

probably just getting your unit to be healed after being attacked (attacker's bad luck)
impacts your scop bar negatively (the reverse of being damaged).

Great, I search for maps by randomly entering map_id's, and I end up at my own map that I
can't unpublish. Argh.
