I wanted a fog version of the map 1 VS 2 VS 3 VS 4 (maps_id=58202) so I made one.

Changelog:
- Removed many forests.
- Removed a few mountains and placed 1 new mountain on each quarter.
- Added 2 airports per team. (I don't prefer matches without air)
- Added 4 neutral cities near each team. Just to increase the funding a bit for aircrafts.

Team A: OS + BM + GE + YC
Team B: BH + GS + JS
Team C: CI + TG
Team D: PL
