Feedback and suggestions are welcome, not experienced with balancing HFOG yet.
Might also remove an extra base on the islands (4 to 3)

I'm a little disappointed there's no 5th wildcard team like the map preview implies. It's always funny having a geopolitically
neutral party to disrupt the usual diplomatic shenanigans.
