The HQ is a bit too unsafe I think, especially since you're kinda hurting yourself if you don't use the BBoat for transport. HQ could probably be moved to 01,10 or 02,11 or something like that.

The HQ and Tower being right next to each other also makes a HQ race very desirable, so the Com Tower could be moved further away from the HQ to provide more objectives to go after.
