mainly a joke map

everyone vs. noir, except for that none of them are actually on a team. they cannot share vision, can trap each other, and can
hit each other with urban blight.
best played with zero communication between teammates.

there will probably either be close to zero urban blights from the teamed nations, or they'll be spammed into oblivion. either
way, someone's sanity is slowly eroding.
