-2 for four countries losing the chance to even compete with more then one opponent.
-2 lots of sea or plains, not really veryhelpful for getting your tanks to the enemy beyond
your main island.
-2 for those ugly bases. what are they gonna do you on that little island anyways? by the
time you capture them and start to use them your opponent shoudl be dead.
