There's no point in giving BM two infantry to counter first turn advantage, because it basically gives BM the first turn advantage. I'd give blue moon an extra city instead. |

Dammit, I didn't mean to put 3 messages. I suppose I'll also suggest more mountains, since there's hardly any. |

Holy shit, how did I do that? |

FTA balance is way off. BM has STA, needs reefs, less bases, and not so much centrelized properties |

I don't think reefs are important here, since the water areas are so small. In the AWBW map editor placing reefs anywhere in those ponds will make it look worse. As for the map, I've always had a problem with a single central production facility. Thats my only real problem other than the number of bases and the funky road tiles in the center. |

2 reefs in the middle of both the seas won't make anything look worse, and you don't have a problem with the STA? |

sirfuxalot (10/24/2006 09:36pm):
The map editor shaves off a few pixels of the land tiles if you put reefs next to or diagonally next to a land tile. I guess I do have a problem with second-turn advantage. |

Reefs should at least be on space away from any land, so yes, they will mess up stuff. Central bases just suck in general. 'Course, there are far too many on here any way...Not worthy of 1, but anything above 5 is pushing it. |

Thanks for all the feedback, I'll look to make some changes when all games are finished. Sorry, no reefs though. I've cleared up the map center, and removed several factories. Also removed the 2 BM inf and gave BM an extra city to help with FTA. Again, appreciate the suggestions. |
