Simple map. Banned COs are Grit, Colin, Hachi, Kanbei, Sami, Sensei, and Sturm. The other
options are yours.

I agree on the balanced part -- the FTA fix works well. All the map needs is less bases, but
it's acceptable due to ports, and later airports. The late airport capturing concept works
great, so 10/10.
