Here is my rendition of Pearl Harbor. This map is intended to be played with FOW. The recon in the west represent the Listening posts that recognized the Assault just before it hit. As you can see, bases are nutral to represent an unprepardness and the partial fleet in the lower right represents those ships at sea performing an exercise that fateful day. Since there arent Air Craft carriers in this game (yet) it is an assortment of Cruisers and Fighters. Well, enjoy and let me know if you have any ideas on how I can improve this. ^_~ |

Ok, I made some revisions. The sea peices at the left around the OS's planes is in place to discourage BM from trying to capture their Airports. Also the OS Airports are in place to allow the OS player an opertunity to strike in multiple waves much like the orriginal assault. But with only 16000 to their name, its by no means ulimited. Also, the OS recon scattered about represent Japanese intelligence in reguards to the area. ^_^ |

Also, the nutral cities scattered about represent civillian towns/ organizations that can be 'rallyed' by the military if the BM palyer cares to take the time. Also, I did away with the Air escort for the lower fleet as its much to easy for them to enter the fray. I did add two planes in easter airports to represent the few US planes that did get off the ground. ^_^ |

This is an absolutely brilliant map. (also "8.88 in 8 ratings" is nice somehow.) |
