Coyerre (10/29/2006 03:16pm | Edited: 10/29/2006 03:18pm):
It's strategic because you can amke lots of choices :). So play with low money, and ban COs like Kindle, and also ones like Colin and Hachi, and Sensei. Oh and Sami. Woo. |

Put some seams on the pipes so it won't be a tied game. Also when starting with 500 funds, don't forget to include 10K-15K starting funds, otherwise everyone will only fortify their own HQ first turn. |

Coyerre (11/01/2006 10:34am | Edited: 11/01/2006 10:35am):
Actually it won't tie anyway. If it comes down to two people, it will become a piperunner fight / ranged fight. Though I guess they would get stuck at the silos. Maybe if I redid the pipes so they were able to be taken everywhere... |

V38 (11/02/2006 09:25am | Edited: 11/04/2006 05:24am):
Right, I'll 10 it for being clever, I don't think you need to change silos into pipes, theres plenty of room for pipe runners, they can traverse 90% of the terrain on this map already. All those bases. Heh, it'll be fun to try out anyway. |
|
Coyerre (11/04/2006 06:19am):
Yes they should hopefully be okay, it's just if you are lacking bases elsewhere. Though can piperunners go onto other people's bases anyway? If so then it will all be fine. |

Pyrranha (11/07/2006 01:28pm):
STALEMATE |
|
jhuni (11/07/2006 01:30pm):
It's not always a stalemate though... |
|
Coyerre (11/07/2006 02:13pm):
It's only ever going to be stalemate if you ban piperunners. Otherwise you just have to be even more strategic. |
|
gunner1138 (11/07/2006 02:30pm):
You're right, Coyerre. If you ban piperunners, you could end up with the remaining two ppl at opposite sides of the map. |
|
V38 (11/07/2006 02:36pm):
Pyrranha, It wouldn't be a stalemate unless you ban piperunners, cmon, think about it man. The 2 people at either side of the map could be an issue, particularly if piperunners are banned... hmm... Only way I could think of to solve it is to put in pipeseams. |

Paul.Power (11/21/2006 02:25pm):
Would be interesting to see this played as seven teams of two. Teams would give you an ally to help you take on an opponent's central base, and limit "infighting" among attackers slightly. |

Silvera (11/22/2006 07:26pm):
What happens if: Everybody but OS and BM die. OS takes BM's base in OS's area. OS, therefore, cannot lose. |
|
Fuzzypickles (12/09/2006 09:37pm):
Piperunners. |
|
demonhands (02/13/2008 02:18am):
try pipe seams, that might be interesting... |
