Ok, this my third puzzle. Again OS wins. Good luck with solving it. It less hard then #2 so it
should be very do-able.
jhuni (11/10/2006 03:11pm | Edited: 11/11/2006 01:26am):
This is post is no longer needed, Hans Lemurson has a bettter explanation, that is also
much more comprehensive, I was only explaining the few moves leaving the rest for
yourself anyways.

I didn't want to spoil the whole thing =P

[quote = Jhuni]...the OS infantry heals to 9 hpIf he attacks the BM infantry with his
recon then he has to move his recon away, on the following turn, or he'll have to finish the
infantry off, either way it doesn't work.[/quote] (I love useless bbcode!)

I do not understand...you can't be referring to an Orange-Star recon, since there are not
any. Nor do I understand how OS has an 8hp Infantry at any point in the game.

I do not believe that your posted solution is corect, and don't assume that Blue Moon has
to attack with their Infantry ASAP.

VVVVVVVOMGWTFBBQ SPOILERS!!!!!VVVVVVVV
The solution that I know is as follows:

-OS DAY 1: Move the Northern infantry towards the BM capitol. Load the other two
Iinfantries in the Black Boat and unload them on the OS HQ and road respectively.
-BM DAY 1: BM Recon attacks the OS Infantry on the road, it is reduced to 2 HP. BM
Infantry may or may not attack the OS Infantry on the OS HQ, it is inconsequential (due to
healing). The Recon in the forest moves up as far as it can.

-OS DAY 2: Northern OS Infantry moves onto BM HQ and captures (Cap=10). If it was
attacked, the OS Infantry on the OS HQ will heal back up to 9HP. Black Boat then heals
the Infantries next to it; OS HQ Inf is now 10HP, OS road-Inf is at 3HP. Retreat the 3HP
Inf to the road above the OS HQ.
-BM DAY 2: One of the road-Recons attacks the OS Infantry on the BM HQ, knocking it down
to 5HP. The forest-Recon can move up to attack the OS HQ Infantry, also knocking it down
to 5HP.

-OS DAY 3: OS HQ Infantry heals to 7HP. Black Boat moves to the sea-tile above the shoal
and heals the two adjacent Infantries; the BM HQ Inf to 6HP, the road-Inf to 4HP. 6HP
Infantry further captures BM HQ (cap=4). 4HP Infantry joins 6HP Inf on BM HQ, for a 10HP
Inf. OS HQ Inf holds its ground.
-BM DAY 3: road-Recon attacks the BM HQ Inf, knocking it down to 5HP. Another recon
attacks the OS HQ Inf from the now empty beach, knocking it down to 2 HP. The
forest-Recon attacks and kills the OS HQ Inf. BM Infantry moves up as far as it can, but
cannot reach attack the BM HQ.

-OS DAY 4: The BM HQ has 4 Capture-points left, and there is a 5HP Infantry on it. OS
Captures the BM HQ. OS WINS!!!

How is it hard to understand that I made a typo, sorry, but it happens. I fixed it.
Hans Lemurson (11/11/2006 03:13am):
I have a literal mind, and so get thrown off easily with ambiguous instructions. I think
of every possible interperetation, but cannot settle on any. Sorry for any unintentional
insult I may have given.

And yes...I have revealed the evil scheme in it's entirety to all!! BWAHAHAHA!!!!
amthc356 (11/11/2006 09:48am):
this one's too easy
jhuni (11/11/2006 01:32pm):
I didn't edit such in an attempt to make it unequivocal, because yours works fine, and I'd
clearly written out the first few moves, so the rest should've been easy for you, or
anyone to do, even if the overall comment wasn't clear.

As amthc356 this one's easy, and it's obvious after the first few moves.
2i (11/15/2006 02:04pm):
Can you repair two units at once with a black boat?
jhuni (11/15/2006 07:10pm):
Yes you can.
Kamuscha (12/05/2006 06:35am):
OS Sturm wins in 2 days.
Nyvelion (07/18/2012 05:37pm):
Lol, Sturm
