There effectively is a conspicuous FTA given in this map. Such greatly reduces the degree
of playability that is given. Additionally it's fair to indicate that this map is signficantly base
heavy given from the citie:size:base correlative ratio, so essentially this demonstrates that
infantry spaming is greatly provoked, and augmented in force.
