There are two side-canals for bships, hence the name. I think my FTA balance is in order,
and nothing is TOO centralized. Ban subs and carriers to make the game less complicated.

Though is an extra city really a counter for FTA? That always struck me as giving the
second player the advantage. Maybe instead of CI having the extra city, BH gets no infantry.

Just a thought.

BH is ahead one turn in funds, so it always works out perfectly in this scenario of low
funds and one base at start.

Balancing FTA with a infantry, and having only 1 base at the start would reverse the FTA,
that's one reason why your balancing idea wouldn't work.

-1 Though many will disagree, I don't like using a city to balance FTA, I prefer adding an
infantry far from the properties to provide no "STA"

A very good map but would be much better if one neutral port was changed to a neutral
base on each side.

Ok, use an FTA balance that is proven to unbalance a map.

You need to read my explanation. The ports are for bships only. Landers if you are weird.
If you know how to save up, it can be very easy to get to a bship in the first several
days and still have just as much captured territory as your opponent. Unless they rush you
with recons. There's a few strategies I've seen here.

Actually, Black Boats could prove very useful here. They can maneuver down the central
shoalline as well as along the sides, providing repair assistance. 9/10
