The ports might actually get used if naval units were allowed access outside the island/bridge square. In other words, replace the airports on the islands if you want to see naval units in play on this map. |

Ports are kind of useless in the center... reminds me of a campain map from AW2 where 9 Battleships were stuck inside a ring of bridges... A way to get around that problem is to replace a part of the bridges with ports that have troops on them that have no HQ, so this way ships can come out of the center and no one can capture them..
