If you're going to make Black Hole the superpower it truly is, you'll need more tanks on their side. Either that, or
decrease the amount of enemy tanks. Then, you can be proud to say that BH is the superpower that it truly is.

If this was intended to be 4 vs. 1, you should try actually making it fair.

actually the point of this was that BH can build more troops and faster then anyone else.
in addition to that they have more freonts to worry about. forcing them to build up their SCOP
faster then any of the other countries. Adder is F*ing awesome here if it's a free and your
BH. hawke is always a good choice if the SCOP's are being charged at lightning speed.
