Chokepoints, ports way too close, terrain makes it hard to advance past the huge
chokepoint, turn compensation is a little weak...

That's a bit much. The point of the blocked ports would be allowing non-lander/black boats
to cross to the other side. With that in mind, it's just a few edits.
