All of the sea areas have no reefs, and thus they lack terrain variety.
Although your land areas don't lack terrain variety in that they use
pipes/cities/mountains/woods/shoals/roads, etc.

The map doesn't actually look that bad though because of how the shoals mix with the
sea, regardless terrain variety is still an issue.
Cons: __
-1 Lack of terrain variety and reefs.
-2 No FTA balance, FTA is a significant issue and 3 bases provides rapid devolopment.
Pro's: __
The airports in the center balance port inferiority and some centralized airport issues.
The map's sea/air are going to be the main focus because the bases are far back
in the man base and devolopment will be slow. Also there's alot of property and the
City's on that island are going to be fought over alot; lastly, the land battle isn't
going to be very hindered from a lack of wide openness because the centers a 2 space
wide chokepoint, and sea units can pass through those areas because they're ports.
