The ports are for battleships.

Also, that infantry may give CI STA, but I'm not positive.

CI is able to capture and build units from the base before JS can even reach theirs.

Move the FTA counter to the base below the port, there is STA otherwise. I'd also suggest a
few more mountains, it's a bit bland in some spots.

having played the map its enjoyable and certainly different,.. however
-- its quite a large map especially with the backward factories and airports, while units
produced on the centre port obviously cant advance. Two comments without "spoiling"
details
1. NOT for newbies , like most large maps. ( something like at least 20 FINISHED awbw
games or 10 wins first is recommended) Newbs can simply learn 10 times faster on smaller
maps and they are too impatient for big maps.
2. USE increased income on properties to get things moving faster, (and perhaps allow
some sneaky but limited use for that centre port)
