+1 Some terrain variety, add more reefs and put some terrain at the upper right hand corner.
-1 Unfair advantage, OS has a stealth bomber and GE has a cruiser. Change the stealth
bomber to a normal bomber, or change the cruiser to 2 missiles or 1 fighter.

Um...no Riukken. I suggest keep the Cruiser because if you change it to 2 Missles, then
that would mean that Green Earth has an extra unit against Orange Star. However, I do
agree with the rest. You could change it to a Fighter and you should add more terrain.
