-1 A person playing as Javier on PL will be able to access 4 com towers, that would be
140/140.
-1 Not enough space for the 14 players, it will get extremely clustered.

There are 6 com towers for the bottom players (8 Com towers in all).
Someone with Javier may be able to access 6 com towers=160/160
