FOW: On Funds: 1500/turn Starting Funds: 0 Teams: Doesn't matter. FFA and Teams are good, but if you do teams, OS + YC with BM + GE. Unit Ban: Megatank CO Ban: Kanbei, Colin, Hachi, Grit, Sensei, Sasha, Kindle, Lash, Sturm, Von Bolt I wanted this map to start like some of those Real-Time Strategy games, where you start low and go high. The Funds are 1500 per turn because if it was just 1000 per turn, it would go very slowly. Took out an Airport and a COM Tower and added Cities for Bases/Ratio effect. Don't go in a hurry to destroy pipe seams early, you'll need most of them to move your Piperunners. But you can destroy some pipe seams to slow down the enemy Piperunners. EDIT: If you play on FoW, be careful! The other people can see your Piperunner as well if it's on the pipes! |

This is an interesting premise. But base clumping is very bad because one guy will get both. :( 7/10. May want to fix that. |

The one base infantry counter actually causes STA, so GE and YC both have an advantage. In particular GE has a considerable advantage on this map because he has FTA over his neighbor YC. Switch YC and BM and switch the FTA counter to a two base infantry counter and then this map will be balanced. |

a rush of comment after 4 years.. where was this map hiding.. should be put into 4 player or team or FFA ? map category Note that fta counters can depend on how one organisees the game individual, pair side-by- side or diagonally opposite etc and country changes move order and so on... inddeeed no counter can be good if team 1 plays first and last and team 2 plays 2nd and 3rd. i thinnk?! |
