I originally had this on my AW:DS cart. I made some modifications with the site's editor
because it was at the property limit on the cart. Hope you guys like it!
I'ts supposed to be like an arena with the fighting taking place mainly in the center.
Edit:

~MAJOR NOTE: This is a map that plays best as a free for all with FOW and random weather.
CO Bans: Broken 5, Javier, Sturm, and Olaf (because of random weather). Perhaps maybe
Kindle as well.
If you do prefer teams however, make it OS/CI vs BM/GE.

Also, unit bans are: Rockets, piperunners, black bombs and stealths

i think more fighting would be going on at the outside because of the com towers and
bases,plus the outside is where all the HQs are. i dont think theres any thing wrong with this
map though, so...9/10

But the comm towers are inside. I didn't have all those seams when I palyed it on AW:DS
because it was at the property limit. This is also meant for FOW. Which is why the center is
like that.

Remove bases, add cities. (again, sorry for annoying you with that). 7 bases is A LOT. The
middle is too terrainy to be interesting and makes Sturm lol. It's also too choky at some
places. The middle doesn't look good, Give the river a wild shape to make it look good. IWhat
would be the teams if it were a team game?

Yeah, but the fighting won't be intersting. Right now, anything other than a inf or a mech is
slowed down and makes Sturm very powerful. His recons would murder everything. Add
roads and cities and remove beses.

Actually, I'm playtesting this now. The center fighting is fun. But, when the game is over, I'll
put more cities. Don't worry.

BM and GE are at a disadvantage because they are far away from their initial bases... GE is
sandwhiched by OS on BOTH sides and BM is surrounded by CI on BOTH sides... I'll give
you an 8/10 and assume that youll fix it later

Ok. map fixed, the countries are all now far from thier HQ starting positions.

my only problem is that the airports in the mid are next to the people fta (GE&OS) while
that does work out well for team games it seems a bit unbalanced when a ffa is concered

Well during a team game, you should decide with your teammate who will get the airport. But
you're probably right... I'll need to fix the FTA for the airports. Perhaps I can just make the
cities next to them airports so it will balance out, unless anyone has a better sugestion.

Also, it's meant more for FFA's with FOW and random weather, I've played it alot, it's very
fun.

Not surpised more people are starting games on it. Its a great map. Its a 9 out of 10 map as
far as I am concerned. It needs a few more citys, and less trees in the centre. then it will be
10 out of 10.

MAJOR UPDATE!
- Fixed up the pies so they look nicer
- Removed center airports
- Took out a couple of bases for each side so it's not as base heavy as it was
- Added more seams
- Starting cities made neutral
- Switched BM with GE and countered FTA in the center
Should play out more nicely now as well.

Nice interesting map, quite different from the standard ........ though i thought duel didnt like
forest clumping ! preowned cities (why remove them?).... gets things
moving faster, but no big deal. Duel using choke points! however i
guess the mixed up infantry pre-deployment is to counteract that ? Since its so popular,
might be worth aactually making the map symetrical . Non-symetrical features are ok if
somewhat randomised and numerous to give statistical fairness. Anyway again possibly no
big deal ..see how games go.

I see Duel has put kind of incremental distributed counters to turn advantage for this
multiplayer! Excellent .. ive not seen it done before, i think its worth doing even roughly.
Though i wonder why have extra infantry as counters in centre?
A counter for such pre-deployeds could be to just incrementally move them (safely)
towards logical destinations.

I hope Duel sees my positive constructive comments here not only critical negative ones !
Good map and i hope it encourages similar diversity.

Yes, I know there's terrain clumping, but it was intentional for this map. It makes for a tough
fight in the center (because FOW is meant to be on) and is especially harsh in snow
(extremely limited movement :O) The multiple FTA counters work perfectly. The map is
choked at first, but busting a few pipeseams will get things moving. Glad people like this map.

sulla: no, I'm not adding the airports back in the center, it created too much of an imbalance
before.

the map analysis statistics gives an average of 20+ days per game (from 14 games)
which is one of the highest of any map at awbw !!!!
it indicates an entertaining map where
players dont get bored and booted nor take early draws nor find a quick win.

This map is pwnage. :D
Using fog it's really hard to find enemies, but that's why I like it. :) You have to keep
your units EVERYWHERE in case you get a sneak attack :D

9/10. I find that the mountains are kinda useless with all those forests around. and a
small chokepoint issue promotes artillery spam X_X
I suggest a couple of pipe seams near the river in this map so that eventually players can
send more forces in through the middle later instead of through the sides.

STA in middle. So many infantries they can just catch up in NO FoW. But since there is, ban
sonja, if fighting takes place the most in the center.
PS. Is Sami A broken?

I don't see STA in the center, BM doesn't have an advantage noob. Also yeah, if you really
want, ban Sonja for fog but it's not completely necessary. And I suppose that with all the
pipeseams this map has now, Sami is broken.

I like especially:
- air included
- the map can really be played 1vs1vs1vs1. Even the diagonal players have to fight
(espcially at the start)
