BM doesn't need 2 infntries to counter FTA. I also think the HQ's need to be moved to the
period(?) islands.

Pretty good for an exclamation point and even two at that. This would be interesting if there
were only one infantry for FTA counter (leave the infantry on the enemy's exclamation point)
because your building 3 per turn on the Blue moon HQ. All else is good. 7/10

There are 4 bases. To get BM half a turn, he'd need one infantry for every 2 bases, which is
2 infantry.

Okay... I can't edit the map right now since I started several games. I think the HQs should
stay there... otherwise they'll lack protection. Thats just me though

Is there something meant to be spelled out in reef-letters?

It looks like "DD" is in the upper right corner and "TO" is in the lower left corner.
