I think OS has too many properties (i dont know whether too many starting properties, or just
too many period, but he can rush 2 countries with tanks and then overwhelm the last one).
At least that's what i would try to do.

I agree with Creepy Crawly. He could also build just a tank or two to take out each country in
a few turns.
