Teams pretty obvious.

Thoughts/Suggestions?
pheonix4720 (08/15/2007 10:54am):
I like this Idea. one team has to defend everybody and itself, while his teammates try hard to
take out their own individual oponents. 9/10 because I feel like it.
DuelStriker (08/15/2007 12:50pm):
I believe it's meant to be like tournament brackets?
nerd-boy (08/15/2007 03:45pm):
I think there should be a shoal bridge from the right airport on the GE/YC side, and the
BH/RF side. And I think just a bunch of shoal bridges in general.
Dravaal (08/15/2007 08:40pm):
No, not tournament brackets, rather designed so that the "minor players" provide the
airforce and the navy. Catch is, they have to fight it out against an opponent to decide
who gets to provide support. Other catch is that their HQ is defended by their "army"(OS &
BM), so they have to get there as quickly as possible, because when one "army" wins, they
win everything.

Just thought it was an interesting idea. I was inspired by this map "Attention Splitter"
http://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=9608 Although I took the idea and ran with it.
amthc356 (08/15/2007 09:38pm):
Problem is, if OS or BM gets booted, that team's more screwed than in usual team games.
Dravaal (08/15/2007 09:47pm):
Yes, this is true. That's the nature of AWBW though. I'd suggest a bunch of commited, long
term players all getting together and playing rather than just a bunch of random players.
SmackCakes (08/16/2007 12:40am):
i think it would be better as a 4 v 4 with 4 1 on 1s and and 4 on 4 in the middle.
Madd Maxx (06/23/2014 01:57pm):
10/10 good job
the-deadly-shadow (11/19/2014 02:07pm):
I think the battles on the side areas with airports are rather harsh to the losing one in fog, as the first one to
place a missile in the center is likely to win the area. I would suggest adding two airports in that area. To prevent
them from being main 'airports' I would suggest putting them far away in the corner and blocked by breakable
pipeseams or giving the enemy a unit that has it in its vision. Furthermore I think it would be great if the allies
would get an locked port on the main isle to help their ally with a battleship, when needed. This would prevent
the game from being decided early.
