The following settings are highly recommended: Fog of War ON. Capture 19 properties to win. Lab units: All land units not banned. Banned units: Neotank, Piperunner. Banned COs: Drake, Grit, Hachi, Hawke, Kanbei, Kindle, Olaf, Rachel, Sasha, Sensei, Sturm, Von Bolt. All players have bases but cannot use them without controlling the highly exposed lab. No players have CO powers that can affect other players or give them a deployment advantage. (Colin is excepted on this occasion; if if you want to try to capture the lab with his units, good luck to you.) Whilst capturing the lab is vital, it is also important to defend one's corner. If a player co-ordinates a successful HQ attack, they deserve to reap the rewards; so if your HQ is invaded, please accept defeat gracefully and do NOT resign before your opponent has a chance to finish capturing it to deny them control of your properties. |

it looks like the lab is the only hope of winning ever. Mech units shouldn't be banned. That would make it a little more fair. Or you could keep it as is. I'll have to complete a game to find out. |

I think it shoud be funny that this map is not played as a pre-deployed game. Eliminate the lab in the centre, and each one can build any unit. |

> It looks like the lab is the only hope of winning ever In the recommended setup, yes, this was the intention. However, it's one thing to capture Lab (and not leave your HQ wide open), and quite another to retain it until your newly built units can consolidate your hold on it. (Originally, the central objective was a Base, which was far too easy to retain once captured.) > Mech units shouldn't be banned They are not. You start with enough to capture the Lab and endanger the HQs of your neighbours, and can build more if you capture the Lab. But you have to capture the Lab with your PD forces. > Eliminate the lab in the centre, and each (player) can build any unit. Anybody's free to host a game on this map with any number of units available to build from day 1 without control of the Lab. That's not how I like to play this map, however. |

These sort of maps are won with political skill. |

I'd rather fight you for spelling center wrong. |
