10/10. Most people don't realize that this could be strategic. although, 2k funds is a must.

this does take away the classic importance of the lower right island(except if you are into
sensei or hachi's powers, however if you are using hachi, u would probably be using his
power to get cheap battleships instead of ground units.) I suggest putting comm towers on
the lower right island instead of normal cities.

Absurd, we obviously need the cities as there isn't enough funds on this map as it is.
