hmm, 23 property each.
I think Airports and bases are going to have a much larger influence on this map the the
ports in the long run.
It looks better then seven other maps that I'm seeing right now on the most recent map
releases.

I'm just not seeing the port bridge as going to be anything monumental to this map aside
from "OMG 6 property!!"
not bad, not bad in the long run though.
maybe an 8.
