A map born of boredom. I didn't put a hell of alot of thought into it's design or anything, so it's a tad random and busy. I've actually already edited it, making a few of the bridges two lanes big to lessen the ease by which a choke can be established. I'm not sure how well it worked. I also added a few more factories to keep things moving. My main concern was the middle. I'm afraid it's too hectic with the terrain and might lack importance, but I didn't want people to ignore it either, hence the 4 cities and I moved some factories closer to it, now I'm not sure if it's too important. Regardless, the usual suspects are banned from play. I added the Blue infantry for "FTA", though given the even split of the map, I'm not sure if that is really required. Thoughts would be appreciated. |

since the map is symmetrical, an FTA counter is really needed, otherwise OS is a turn ahead of BM in everything. I think the starting bases are a little much, swap the two corner bases for each side. with 7 bases each, and only a grand total of 20 property. I'd cut down to maybe 4 bases at the most. You could move the corner Bases to the other side of the bridge, and then get rid of the middle bases. The middle is fine, hectic though it is, with air and 4 cities, it would be a pretty effective place to infantry flood. Might consider taking out two forests, and maybe move the mountains a little bit in the middle, just a little more open, so that that's a really viable strategic advantage. it's nice, but there are small problems. 8. |
