ick, neutral property touching.
straight roads.
FTA.
mostly useless ports.

I'd consider getting rid of the ports.
cutting down on the starting cities.
add an FTA counter.
and spread that center out.
there are some serious chokepoints.
so, maybe if you have each player start with their airport instead and move it out to the outer
islands....
it has promise, it has lots of promise.

Change one starting base per side to a city, 3 is too much for the funds and map size.
Also put a BM infantry on one of their starting bases to counter FTA. Also, it needs more
neutral cities. It's more balanced if you make it symmetrical.

Hm.... I was thinking about that, or moving the comms tower a tad closer to BM, and also
put the base a bit closer. But I've changed it to thie infantry method

I personally am raiting my own map a 6...

I'm not sure on the ports, as I want to give COs like Drake a chance on this map, and
strategies like a landing for sami to catch careless players off guard

One Comm tower per army, so I'd suggest making that central tower a lab or something. Move
the controlled base in between the controlled cities and the other base closer to the
tower/airport corner, and make the controlled cities neutral. Then, add some more neutral
cities, make it symmetrical, and add terrain variety. By this I mean that forest clumps
are BAD, and you could spread those forests out, even sticking cities in there, and make
it look a LOT nicer.

Needs less plains from a looks point of veiw. I love the whole concept of the map though.

only thing i would change is having the Comm towers so close to the starting position, i
always think of com towers as a goal for the player and should be hotly fought over.
Otherwise they serve little purpose to spice a map.

Very simple design...

8/10 for those two reasons. (the second one is just a looks thing, nothing to do with
playability, and the first one is playability from my standpoint)
