Second map I've made, first serious one. I was a little worried about recons blocking the neutral base, so I threw in the forests there... Any positive comments/criticism are greatly appreciated! Edit: Map has been updated (1/12/08?) with more suggestions. |

Pretty good for a first (real) map. I'm a bit worried about mechs though, 3 bases x 3000/mech = 9000 which looks like each players income. I don't really know much about what makes a mech flood though, so I'll let more experienced people comment about that. Very solid map overall. 9/10 |

Very solid map overall. 9/10 Mech Flood, build mechs, lots of mechs, if you have spare funds, build rockets every so often. then build more mechs, if that doesn't work, you build more mechs, and quite possibly more mechs. Now, the map, it's very well designed, I'm not sure about the three cities in the middle, I'd move two of them a bit away from the middle. otherwise it' looks very nice. The HQ is a little open, but has a base nearby for quick support. chokepoints are almost nonexistent. 8.5/10 |
